Recently, Japanese Manga, with its high artistic merit and literary properties, has become very well-known on a global scale. This expression of contemporary culture embodies not just the "kawaii" or cute culture but also commands a cultural power that transcends genre. It has become a way for people around the world to better communicate and express ideas.

This manga lesson will give you a way to actively participate in the manga experience.

They do this through a technique called "cartoon design," here applied to not just simple graphic design, but also as a way to create a "depiction of the world" and an "appeal through story."

This creative methodology incorporates the "establishment of character" in manga through strength in design, advertising, and the creative arts.

During this experience, you will use the same tools that professional do to learn how to draw manga. Two professional manga cartoon designers will help you with the basics of the manga, how to draw a line or curve, use a fill color and provide various other guidance through lecture and practice.
