Enjoy cooking and eating delicious Japanese cuisine served on first-class Japanese lacquerware. During this course, you will be provided recipes and instruction to allow participants to learn more about Japanese home-cooking in a religiously adherent way for adherents to the Muslim faith.

At 10:30am, meet your instructor at Tokyo's Higashi Nihonbashi station. Together, head for the lesson's location and get ready for an authentic homecooking experience for visitors who wish to experience Japanese cuisine while staying true to their beliefs.

Pre-select your day’s cooking choice in advance, choosing from four different Halal options including sushi, a meat-based dish, a seafood-based dish, and a tofu- and vegetable-based dish. Note that all participants in that day’s course will cook the same meal, so, in the case of multiple groups, the first person to reserve for that specific date has priority in the day’s meal selection.

Listen as your instructor offers insight into Japanese home cooking and techniques as you begin preparing your meal. Cook with the seasonal ingredients of Japan, but without the use of any pork or alcohol components, making for a safe, secure, and healthy Japanese cuisine experience. Also, the tableware used when eating your meal is of the luxurious Wajima lacquerware brand known as 'Wajima Kirimoto,' which has a history of about 150 years. The combination of the stylish and elegant lacquerware of Japan and the delicious, Halal Japanese homecooking is sure to be an unforgettable experience.

After savoring a delicious lunch say farewell and continue your day in Tokyo.
