Enjoy a private 9-hour tour of Okinawa, the southernmost part of Japan, by a chartered vehicle accompanied by just your travel companions and driver. Discover Okinawa, which by being surrounded by nature and ocean, has a unique culture that is very different from that of Tokyo or Osaka. Decide your own preferred route and customize your tour to suit your own interests

When making your booking, select whether or not you want to include a local guide with your chartered vehicle. Also select to travel in a limousine, van, or bus, depending on your group's size and preferences.

Your driver picks you up from your Naha hotel at 9am. Board the comfortable vehicle and let them know which attractions you wish to visit. The tour is fully customizable to the interests of you and your travel companions.

Recommended spots include:

Shuri Castle
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Shuri Castle served as a palace for the Ryukyu kings for several centuries until Okinawa became a Japanese prefecture in 1879. (Note: The castle is closed on the first Wednesday and Thursday of July).

Cape Manza
A scenic rock formation near Onna Village. The name Manza stems from the original Okinawan dialect, meaning ‘big enough for 10,000 men to sit on this field by the cliffs.'

Churaumi Aquarium
One of the biggest and the most impressive aquariums in Japan, home to huge whale sharks measuring up to 33-feet (10-meters) long, bull sharks (up to 9.9-feet/3-meters long), manta rays (up to 23-feet/7-meters long), green turtles, and many more. (Note: The aquarium is closed on the first Wednesday and Thursday of December).

Once you have seen everything you wish to see and gotten a taste of life on Okinawa, your tour concludes with a convenient drop-off back at your Naha hotel at around 6pm.

Enjoy a private 8-hour tour in a chartered vehicle with English-speaking driver. As trains in Okinawa are non-existent (only a monorail system exists in Naha), take advantage of this care-free tour experience!
We only provide you with a vehicle and a driver. Freely plan your itinerary by yourself and visit your preferred spots in Naha without having to worry about driving.
There are 2 types of cars available, a mid-sized passenger car or a mini-van. Both have heating and air conditioning systems.

Start the tour at your specified time between 8:00-10:00 (or 9:00 in the morning if you do not specify a time) at your chosen pickup point in Naha city or Naha airport. Okinawa prefecture is famous for its beaches and crystal-clear ocean, but it’s also full of history and unique cultural traditions. Enjoy the area at your own pace thanks to this fully customizable tour.

As the biggest city on Okinawa’s main island, Naha has a lot to offer: you can visit the beaches, go on a spending spree at the stores on Kokusai Dori, the city’s main shopping street, or follow a more traditional route by visiting Naminoue Shrine, dedicated to the source of all life in Okinawan mythology, or the reconstructed Shuri Castle, a World Heritage site.
For those interested in pottery, the island is home to a long tradition of pottery-making that you can appreciate at the Tsuboya Pottery district and its Pottery Museum. Food lovers can head over to Makishi Public Market, to bring home hard-to-find Okinawan foodstuffs. A special feature of the Market is being able to chose and buy seafood and take it up to the second floor that have them prepared by some of the restaurants.
These are only some of the things you can see or do in Okinawa. Consult with your driver, choose your desired spots and make the best out of your personalized tour!
