It is a compound word, which consists of "wa"(Japanese) and "daiko"(a suffix of the word "taiko"). This old cherry blossom tree is said to be 120 years old, and its the only sakura in the world that turns white to pink. 

-Haradani-en 
Haradani-en is a privately owned garden covering 13,000 square meters with a variety of cherry trees, this spot is also a great place to view cherry blossoms because not many people goes to this area. 
Located at a steep hill above Kinkakuji Temple, however with the bus you can sit and relax while going up this hill.

First, you will cook 2~3 dishes and enjoy them. Then you will return to the kitchen and learn 2~3 more dishes before eating once more.
