There, you will also enjoy tasting several kinds of Kamaboko with 3 types of Hakone craft beer and 3 types of local Sake pairing at "Chowa-ro", an old private house, accompanied by an English-Speaking guide.

Take a short hop from the  Hakone area and enjoy visiting Suzuhiro Kamaboko Factory, founded in 1865, uses only natural local ingredients to make delicious Kamaboko. After the tour of the work scenery of craftsmen accompanied by English speaking guide, you will try Kamaboko and Sake /Craft beer pairing. Kamaboko is the combination of fish, salt and the water enjoyed in a variety of styles and flavors. You will enjoy tasting grilled, roasted, baked or steamed Kamaboko with a variety of crafts beer and sake.  Fresh, natural and delicious water is used to make Hakone beer, which is in harmony and the balance with the Japanese food and Kamaboko.  After the tour, you will get the gifts from the sea and mountain vegetables.
