【DETAILS】

When people come to the shop, first a short explanation will be given. The first step is shaping the dough. The dough is already made for you so you can shape it into your favorite form. After that we will talk about the fermentation process of the bread and the firing, but even more important is the wrapping material. In this experience you can make your own original wrapping paper. Draw pictures of your favorite animals or portraits of your family, or write messages freely.

After this you can take a tour of the fermentation and the firing process. Watch the bun rise and the baking process of the bun you shaped.  Adults as well as children will get excited to watch how the bun swells and being baked.  After that you can inject the cream into the bun.  Be inspired by injecting the cream in the bread of which you saw the process of molding, fermenting and baking of.  As you fill the bun with cream, the bun swells little by little.  This is the real charm of making a cream bun.  As you wrap your cream bun with the original wrapping paper, your one-of-a-kind cream bun is completed!  You can take it home as a souvenir.  After taking pictures, please enjoy eating the bun!
